On April 19th, the Oaxaca’s textile museum celebrated it’s 5th anniversary with a walk through the streets of the city using different traditional dresses that were on display during the 5 years. It all started at the botanical garden with a music band that leaded to the museum.
Without a doubt this is one of my favorite places of town that combines tradition, culture and contemporary art in all of their excellent exhibitions.
I highly recommend to visit this museum when coming to Oaxaca, it’s located on Hidalgo 917 just 2 blocks from the Zócalo.
